As I sit here looking out my window
Watching and waiting
Anticipating the seasons changing.
I watch the leaves
Falling from the trees one by one,
And this is only Fall.
I miss that special someone,
I wonder...
Does she hear my call

Oh! The many hours I spend
On line with you.
Wanting you, needing you
Saying I love you
With every beat of my heart
While your words promise a new start.
A new life for us it will bring...
In the Spring

As the flowers begin to bloom
From the cold lonely winter
So shall we, very soon...
In the Spring

As the sun warms the earth
As the leaves come on the trees,
And the birds sing
You my love will come to me...
In the Spring

As the bees taste the sweet nectar
From the flowers
So shall we seductively
Spend endless hours.

Are You Willing?

To forget what you have done for other people
and to remember what other people have done for you

To ignore that the world owes you,
and to think what you owe the world

To put your rights in the background
your duties in the middle
and your chances to do a little more
than your duty
in the foreground

To come to every situation in life
thinking what can I contribute to this
situation in a positive manner,
rather than concentrating on the negative

To see that your fellow men and women
are just as REAL as you are,
and try to look behind their faces to their hearts,
hungry for joy, love and happiness
as much as you are

To own that probably the only good reason
for your existence isn't what you are going
to get out of this life,
but what you are going to give to life

To close your book of complaints
against the management of the universe
and look for a place where you can
sow a few seeds of happiness
along the pathway you travel

Are you willing to do these things,
even for a day?

If so, then you have a very good chance
of having a healthy, happy and wholesome life
bringing many smiles of joy upon those
you happen on throughout life....
